By installing and using the mooifoto Software application, or by using mooifoto web site you consent to these information practices.
You can access mooifoto web site home page and browse the site without disclosing your personal data. Mooifoto Software application enables you to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. When you do so, other visitors may collect your data. Mooifoto web site does not include links to third party web service providers. Mooifoto Software application automatically logs personal data by means such as programming or links information automatically logged by such means with personal data about specific individuals for the purposes of Technical administration of the Web site and for Customer administration. Cookies may be used to store personal data or to link information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals for the purposes of Technical administration of the Web site and for Customer administration. Streem may collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using mooifoto services. Streem does not collect information about its visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.
If Streem wishes to use your personal data for a new purpose, it will offer you the means to consent to this new purpose: by indicating in a box at the point on the site where personal data is collected. Upon request, Streem will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which it may have about you, within a week. - although it may before require proof of your identity. Streem will provide the information without any charge. Streem allows you to challenge the data that it hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data – erased, rectified or amended or completed. Streem does not reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
